Boring Blogger
I'm really feeling the whole "writer's block" thing lately. There really isn't much going on that I think you'll find interesting. After all, I haven't just had a gorgeous baby, flung my dog (unintentionally) our of a moving car, gone shopping for my wedding, or seen a really great cowboy movie that doesn't involve boy-on-boy love.

Sure, I've given you some laughs lately with my tales of body waxing and bodily injury. But lately, the well's gone dry. Since I'm really not keen on hurting myself again for your reading pleasure, I'm gonna need some help from you.

It's been really fun to have some new readers lately, in addition to some of the tried and true friends I've made here on the internetwebblogosphere. So I guess maybe some of you might have some questions for me. I'm gonna take a page from Hilary's book, and invite you to ask me anything you want. I'm not shy... I'll answer! Come on, fire away! Help a blogger with writer's block!

It's probably on here somewhere, but I want to hear more (in general, not just today) about being in the news business. I know you can't say much but how did you get into it? What do you like about it? What do you hate? I always think of Up Close and Personal!

Oooh... I hate that whole Up Close and Personal misconception of the news biz... so fake. They sure got their live shots up with no effort in that movie.

Anyway, I'd like to know... what are your favorite thing? Raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittens? Or colors, foods, etc. Just silly little things. ;-)

don't worry, I've been having a serious case of writers block lately too. Some questions perhaps to help you out: Give us some dirt on what goes on behind-the-scenes at a local tv news station. Juicy stuff! (ummm, if it exists...) What about...advice for newlyweds? (Can you tell I have a single track mind these days?) Or, you used to be in pageants, right? How about some horror stories about other girls or something....

Have you ever met any celebrities? If so, who? Interviewed any celebs? If so, who? Who was your fav?
Are your boobs real?
Do people know you have this blog (like your family, friends, and viewers)? You are so open and don't seem to hide who you are on here so I wonder if people who watch you on the news have ever been to this blog and realize you aren't just some pretty, proper face behind the camera.
Were you voted most popular or anything like that in high school?
Would you and your hubby ever try out for Amazing Race?
Have you ever "batted for both team?" (Hey, just trying to think of something to make you blush like you did me.)

I second the how did you meet your husband one. I love the how I knew he was the one stories.

I second Hil's questions. I'm all about the celebrity gossip!!

(I go in for a wax tomorrow. But I'm so afraid that they'll pull too hard and it will rip my c-section scar wide open. Ouch!)

I am doing the same thing on my blog. :) Hil - what have you started?

Do the male news anchors really wear a suit jacket and dress shirt and then wear shorts or jeans or something below?

I third the celebrity questions. But I don't care about Suri. :)

And, how and when did you decide you wanted to be a news anchor?

Okay, I'll play. I've been following your blog for a while but not long enough to know if you've already covered this:

* Tell us about your family? Siblings? Are you close? Did you like them growing up? What would you change?

* I second the how you met your hubby story. How long have you guys been together? Hows your love life after being married for a couple of years?

* So pageants, huh? Is the sterotype (they're all fake b*tches) true? How many pageants have you competed in? Do you ever think of doing those Mrs pageants? What was the worst thing you ever did while competiting? And do you regret it? What was the nicest thing you ever did? And do you regret it?

* What's your favorite band? What your favorite artist? Movie? Why?

* Whats your biggest fear?

That should be enough to keep you busy for weeks! good luck!
